Our prayer team will personally pray for you and we've provided a directory of live phone prayer lines that can also immediately address your need.  HOWEVER, these things can never do what Jesus intended to give you support.  A local church can give you a family, or family-like support to not only give you ongoing help, direction and accountability - they are empowered to do things in person nothing else can.  Jesus said physical touch has a power that is different from other prayer. Spiritual struggles can be overcome much more quickly with someone else with God's power in them.

Some doctor's are better (& more effective) than others - and some churches have more knowledge / better track records at helping people than others.  If a church doesn't actively pray for people to get healed - it is likely they don't have many people seeing God's power move in that way.  No church is perfect and YOU have a responsibility to use discernment in selecting who you will let help you. God will never be mad at you for making sure you are finding the church where HE wants you to be.  (See What should I look for in a church?)

FIND CHURCH DENOMINATION WEB SITES - Very complete list of links for Christian church denominations worldwide.  Just because a church is part/or not part of a denomination has little bearing upon it's effectiveness, but you will likely find similar beliefs and styles of worship among the same denomination.  We have had good experience with Assemblies of God and Vineyard Churches - who see healings, search for the truth of Jesus and believe in compassion and non-judgemental love as Jesus did.  Another source of spirit-filled churches is www.charismatic.org.
